JCR Networks has been a member of the FSB for nearly 12months and have benifitted fron a number of services provided by the FSB. I wanted to post this entry to hopefully give a insight to  small business around the UK  who are not using the FSB what they are about also to remind members of the diffrent services that members allows.

The FSB was founded in 1974.

FSB in the major organisation in the Uk and Europe representing the interests of the Self employed and those who direct small businesses in the UK.

Non profit and non party political.

A membership of over 213,000 benifits from the nationwide lobbying force committed to furthering the interests of the self employed and owners and directors of small businesses .

FSB Members together employ 2 million people and turnover £10 billion a year.

FSB has Press and Parliamentry Offices in Westminster,Cardiff,Glasgow and Belfast.
The FSB Press and Parliamentry Officers make every effort to keep small business interest uppermost in the minds of the widest possible audience through press releasesand reports to local and national press,TV and radio.

In addition,FSB Committees produce detailed reports and recommendations,which they put directly to appropriate Government Ministers.

The FSB also offers it’s members a number great services to help business owners increase profitability and reduce running costs.
